Monthly Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, April 10, 2012. The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm, the last month's meeting minutes and Treasurer's report were read and accepted. |

| Range Report |
| We are currently having regular Tuesday night shoots. In May, we will be having a pistol shoot. There will be one per month, to be posted on the website. Cleanup day will be Sunday, April 29, 2012. |
| Trail Report |
| Mike is working on the grant and aid, looking to replace a bridge. |
| Archery Report |
| Tentatively, the first weekend in June, 2012, we will be having a Traditional Shoot. We will offer camping for the weekend at $5.00 per night. We will be having BBQ food, Saturday night dinner, and fun. |

| Tony Zutter is looking for any history information about the club for The 3rd History of Charlestown. |

President: Tom Cobb, Treasurer: Donovan Soohoo, Range Master: Paul Ellie, Trail Master/Administrator: Mike Joyce, Vice President: Tony Zutter, Directors: Leo Defour (to 2014), Tom Minickiello (to 2013), Randy Merrill (to 2013), Don Fontaine (to 2014), Secretary: Bonnie Rumrill, Archery Master: Joel Cobb. Paul Elie, Range Master, is available Tuesdays, from 3:30 to 6:30, for anyone wishing to pick up a membership application and/or gate card. |
